Becoming a member of National REIA opens many doors for local real estate investors associations and their individual members. Immediate access to exclusive member benefits, high quality education and training, and an expansive network upon which to build your business makes National REIA membership worth every penny. While becoming a member is very easy, there are actually a couple different options for associations looking to join: Chapter and Affiliate.

Our Chapter Membership was recently launched to to focus on the needs of all parties involved in real estate investment, including investors, Local REIAs, National REIA and Industry Partners. By providing an “incentive base” whenever and wherever possible, the Chapter System will provide an immediate residual income for all aforementioned parties, but this new system will NOT require Local REIAs to change their own operations. In fact, this new program will allow Local REIAs and their members to more effectively benefit from the products and programs offered by National REIA’s industry partners, which will create strong, viable and healthy organizations at the national, state, and local level. In addition to strengthening the REIA network financially, this new system will further enable National REIA to establish standards in education, support and networking opportunities, as well as energize and implement much needed government affairs programs at all levels.
